Return Policy


Savo Store does not bear any expertise whatsoever in any particular product category or any specific products. As a logistics company, we simply faciliate the purchase of specific goods from the specified sellers of your choice, and then ship the goods to your chosen destination. It is therefore your responsibility to rigorously vet any sellers you wish to purchase goods from and to ensure that you only provide us with links of sellers who are authorized dealers of the products you wish to purchase.



Buy and Ship Order Return Policy:

Wrong Item Delivered - If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (i.e. different brand, make, model, SKU number, size), we will gladly accept the item back. We will offer you a refund, store credit, or an exchange of the item. In order for us to accept a return, all items have to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective. In order for us to accept a return the product seal should not be broken except for item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box.

Correct Item Delivered - If the item delivered was the exact item ordered (i.e. correct brand, make, model, SKU number, size), we are unable to accept returns.

Shipping to the USA - Savo Store does not have a Kenya to USA shipping service. Therefore if you need an item shipped back to the seller or manufacturer in the US, you will need to ship the item either directly to the seller or to our US office. We recommend using an international courier service for such returns.

 Used or Refurbished Items - Due to the risks associated with purchasing used or refurbished items, we do not accept returns for used or refurbished items under any circumstances.

eBay sellers & Unauthorized dealers - Due to the risks associated with purchasing goods from eBay sellers and unauthorized dealers, we do not accept returns for such purchases under any circumstances.



Shipping Only Order Return Policy:

We do not accept returns for any Shipping Only orders. Any returns for Shipping Only orders will have to be sent directly to the seller in the USA. Because we do not have a Kenya to USA shipping service, we do not facilitate returns for Shipping Only orders.
